4. RVS Sit Up - 3 sets
5a. Neck Harness - 3 sets
5b. Rolling Thunder DL - worked up to 130x1+1
Cardio - 25min. Treadmill Intervals
Squats felt much better than the previous week. SSB is a great bar.
